These standards govern news, features and guides published by Tokyo Car Society.
Original reporting and analysis
Tokyo Car Society writes its own explanations and analysis. We do not republish full articles from other outlets or present another publisher's work as our own.
Source priority
We prefer manufacturer announcements, race organizers, museums, government bodies and road operators. Established automotive publications may add independent context. Published stories link to the sources used.
Quotes and attribution
Direct quotations are optional, clearly attributed and intentionally short. Most source material is paraphrased so readers can distinguish the original reporting from our explanation.
AI-assisted workflow
Automated tools may help research, draft and review articles. Each story must pass source matching, factual-support and editorial checks before publication. A failed review stops publication.
Corrections
If a material fact changes or an error is identified, we update the story and its modified date. Readers can report corrections through our contact page.
Commercial separation
Our newsroom supports a JDM tour business, but factual coverage is not changed to manufacture a sales claim. Tour availability, routes and prices are confirmed only on the relevant product and booking pages.
